Forge operates on a prepaid credit system. All services are paid for using credits purchased in advance.

Credits are deducted from your wallet when you purchase services from artificers. The credit cost for each service is displayed before you confirm your purchase. Service prices are set by individual artificers and vary based on complexity, expertise, and delivery timeline.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for purchasing credits:

  • Mastercard: Credit and debit cards

All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payment processing typically occurs instantly. In rare cases, additional verification may be required by your bank or card issuer, which could delay processing by up to 24 hours.

Payments are processed in USD. If your card is denominated in a different currency, your bank may apply currency conversion fees at their prevailing exchange rate.

Forge does not offer subscriptions or recurring payments. All credit purchases are one-time transactions.
