Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Forge, operated by keysa gaan OÜ, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and procedures for cancelling projects and services purchased on the platform.
This policy works together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Where a cancellation results in a refund, the conditions of the Refund Policy apply.
2. Cancelling a Project
2.1 Before Work Begins
You may cancel a project at any time before the assigned specialist starts work. In this case, the full amount of credits reserved for the project is returned to your wallet automatically.
2.2 After Work Has Started
Once a specialist has started work on your project, cancellation is still possible, but credits may be partially retained to compensate the specialist for work already performed:
- Work not yet started: 100% of credits returned
- Work in progress: credits returned proportionally to the uncompleted part of the work
- Work delivered and accepted: no cancellation possible; see the Refund Policy for quality disputes
2.3 How to Cancel
To cancel a project, open the project in your dashboard and use the cancellation option, or contact us at:

3. Cancellations by Specialists
If a specialist is unable to complete your project, the project is cancelled and all reserved credits are returned to your wallet in full. Our team will also help you find an alternative specialist if you wish to continue.
4. Cancellations by Forge
We reserve the right to cancel projects that violate our Terms of Service, involve prohibited content, or where fraud is suspected. Depending on the circumstances, credits may be returned to your wallet or withheld in accordance with our Terms of Service.
5. Credits and Refunds
Cancelled projects return credits to your Forge wallet. If you would like a refund of unused purchased credits to your original payment method, the conditions and timelines of our Refund Policy apply, including the EU 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.
